Madame Tussauds - Group Bookings

In the capital city with millions of things to see and do, there is only one place where world-famous politicians and celebrities* line up to provide you with an experience of a lifetime: “meet” Angelina Jolie, Samuel L. Jackson or shake Bill Clinton’s hand at Madame Tussauds D.C. prominently located within walking distance of the National Mall and the White House. The attraction is housed in the historic Woodies building with the entrance on the corner of 10th and F Streets.

Madame Tussauds - Group Policies

• Discounts: Group discounted prices are available for group bookings of 15 or more.
• Chaperone Policy: School and Camp Groups are welcome when accompanied by 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students or campers.
• Complimentary Ticket Policy: 1 Complimentary group ticket is provided with the purchase of 20 group tickets.
• Deposits: A deposit of 15 tickets for groups of 15-49 or 25 tickets for groups of 50+ is required to hold the reservation.
• Payments: In order to guarantee a reservation, Groups must be paid in full 3 weeks in advance by check, credit card or money order by tour operator voucher upon arrival at the attraction.
• Refunds/Exchanges: Group tickets are non-refundable, however, groups may reschedule for up to one year from the originally scheduled visit date.
• Inclusions: Group rates include entrance to the attraction only.
• Capacities: Groups are booked in 15-minute intervals with a max capacity of 75 per 15 minutes or 300 per hour. Groups will be guaranteed entrance within 30 minutes of pre-scheduled arrival time
• Outside Food & Beverage: No outside food or beverage is permitted in the attraction.
